Holden Kai 

The owner and brewer at Bull Horn Brewing in Casper, Wyoming. With a passion for creating great beer and a drive to bring people together. Holden has built Bull Horn into more that just a brewery- its a welcoming space where families, friends, and visitors can gather, laugh, and feel at home. Beyond the brewery, Holden is deeply involved in the community and believes every person and business deserves to be heard. His approach is rooted in listening, hard work, and doing whats right for the people around him. Whether it's crafting a new beer, organizing local events, or serving his neighbors, Holden puts his heart into everything he does - always aiming to make Casper stronger, one pour and one conversation at a time. 

Shelby Kai

Owner’s Wife (but also… Bar Manager • Music & Events Coordinator • Operations Director)

Yes, she’s married to the owner—but don’t think she’s just here for the beer (okay… maybe sometimes). Shelby has carved out her own role at Bull Horn Brewing and runs the front of house like a pro. With over six years of bartending experience, she handles staff scheduling, creates drink specials and menus, oversees day-to-day operations, and makes sure everything is running smoother than a fresh pour.

She’s also the brains behind our music and events—booking killer bands, fostering relationships in the local scene, and keeping Bull Horn’s vibe alive. If you’ve ever walked in and felt like this is your place, chances are Shelby had something to do with it.

Before all this, Shelby danced her heart out—starting at age two, choreographing routines, and competing at dance nationals. She may not be dancing on stage anymore, but it’s still in her soul. These days, she’s a proud mom to two beautiful kids, three oversized fur babies… and, let’s be honest, Holden kind of counts as her fourth kid (but don’t tell him we said that).

When she’s not working (which is rare), Shelby loves camping, hitting the lake, and spending time with family. She’s passionate about what she does and genuinely loves the friendships she’s built with her team. Bull Horn isn’t just where she works—it’s her second home. And she makes sure it feels like that for everyone who walks through the doors.

Scarlett Miller 

Scarlett has spent the last 15 years working in the food, beverage, and hospitality industry - specializing in event management, restaurant development, and golf programming. At Bull Horn Brewery, she brings that experience (and a lot of local pride) to everything she does.

From  private parties and corporate gatherings to our Brews & Birdies  Indoor Golf League, Scarlett is the driving force behind making each  event organized, personal, and fun. She’s passionate about connecting  people, supporting local businesses, and building experiences that make  Bull Horn more than just a brewery - it’s a community hangout.

Outside  of work, Scarlett loves spending time with her family and her son,  Brecken - who she hopes will love golfing as much as his mom one day.
